Spike Bowan is the Pittsburgh based Author/ Creator of the Alternate History Genre/Fiction saga “War in the Backyard”
CEO of Irregular Mischief Publications www.irregularmischief.com, he is also a Poet, Author, Blogger, Veteran, Husband and Father. He is currently in production of a “War in the Backyard” Comic Book with artist Taylor Cottingham.
Spike is a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served with the Marines as an 8404 FMF Corpsman. He began writing after his time in the service as a means of relaxation and found out that he didn’t suck at it.
Winner of the Editors Choice Award in 2007 from The International Library of Poetry.
